📅 How far in advance should I book?

Ideally, book at least 24 hours ahead. On holidays or high-demand weekends, we recommend booking earlier to improve the chances of availability.

🌎 Can I book from outside the United States?

Yes. We serve clients from several countries, accept international payments, and send booking updates via WhatsApp and email.

⏳ Can I request a last-minute ride?

No. Reservations need to be made in advance. We recommend booking at least four hours ahead; same-day service depends on availability and is not guaranteed.

🔐 Can I confirm the reservation with a deposit?

Yes. To secure the service, we ask for a 50% down payment on bookings under $199 USD and 30% on bookings of $200 USD or more.

💵 Can I pay in cash when I arrive?

No. To secure your vehicle, send a 50% deposit through our payment link or Zelle. The remaining balance can be paid in cash when the driver arrives.

🚗 Do you only do airport pickups?

No. In addition to airports, we also provide transportation from hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants, and private addresses.

🚖 What vehicle options do you have available?

We work with SUV XLs for smaller groups, vans with capacity for 12 and 14 passengers, plus full-size buses for larger events, seating 40 to 54 people.

🎉 Do you offer transportation for weddings or special events?

Yes. We provide transportation for weddings, corporate events, VIP experiences, and other important occasions. Get in touch to receive a custom quote.

📶 Do the vehicles have Wi-Fi or ports to charge devices?

Some vehicles have Wi-Fi and USB ports. If these features are important for your trip, let us know before booking so we can select a suitable vehicle.

👥 Will other passengers travel in the same vehicle?

No. Our transfers are always private. The vehicle is reserved only for you and your group — no strangers and no shared seating.

🛣️ What if our plans change before the drive?

No problem — just message us on WhatsApp with the new time and we will adjust the pickup. The vehicle is reserved only for your group, so we can shift things when your schedule changes.

🔁 What if we need to reschedule?

Message us as early as you can with the new date or time and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. The sooner you tell us, the easier it is to lock in the change.

📍 Where will the driver meet us?

Right at your door — the driver pulls up to your South Florida hotel or address at the agreed time and helps load your luggage. No terminals, no pickup points to find.

🚘 How will I recognize the driver assigned to my pickup?

The day before your trip, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s name, the vehicle model, and the license plate, along with full instructions for curbside pickup.

📞 What if I cannot reach my driver?

Do not worry — message us on WhatsApp and we will connect you right away. We send the driver name and vehicle details the day before, and our team stays reachable before and during the drive.

⏱ How much wait time is included at pickup?

The driver arrives at the agreed time and waits a reasonable grace period while you load up. Need a little longer? Just message us — we keep it flexible since the vehicle is yours for the trip.

⏳ What if we are running behind for pickup?

Just let us know on WhatsApp. A short delay is fine; for a longer wait we will coordinate a new time. Because the vehicle is reserved for your group, we work around your schedule, not a fixed timetable.

👜 Can the driver help with my luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload your luggage.

📦 Can I bring extra or oversized baggage?

The standard allowance is one large suitcase and one carry-on per passenger.

If you’re traveling with additional or bulky items — extra suitcases, musical instruments, mobility equipment, or strollers — let our team know in advance so we can arrange the right space. An extra fee may apply.

🐾 Are pets allowed in the vehicle?

Yes. We accept small pets, provided they stay inside a secure carrier. Please let our team know in advance.

👶 Are child car seats available with the service?

Yes. We offer one free child car seat for children under five. If you need an extra seat, request it in advance; the additional cost is US$ 15.

🥤 Is eating or drinking allowed in the vehicle?

We ask that food not be consumed during the ride. Inside the vehicle, only water in a sealed bottle is allowed.

🚧 Can I add a quick stop during the trip?

Unscheduled stops aren’t part of the base rate. However, if the stop is short, nearby, and arranged before the service, we can try to accommodate it. A small charge may be added depending on the extra time required.

🕒 Can I change the pickup time after booking?

Yes. Let our team know at least 24 hours in advance and, if available, we’ll adjust your pickup time.

💲 Should I expect any extra charges beyond the fare?
